How the Process Works
1. Initial Enquiry
Call, email or complete our online form and tell us a little about your property and what you are considering.
2. Free Home Survey
We will visit your home to assess the room, fireplace, chimney and installation requirements.
3. Advice and Quotation
You will receive practical recommendations for the stove and installation, together with a clear quotation for the proposed work.
4. Professional Installation
Your stove and any required chimney lining system will be professionally installed, tested and registered through HETAS.
We will also explain how to use and care for your new stove.
